Mr. Pavan G. Morarka serves as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of W.H. Brady & Co. Ltd.  and Brady & Morris Engineering Company Ltd. since February 27, 1985. He has been involved in business since 30 years and his experience and strength can be witnessed in the growth of Brady Group. He is also on the board of various other companies.

Mr. Shah does not only run a very successful accounting firm, 'Dhirubhai Shah & Co,' but he is also a leading Accounts professor and is the Senior Vice President of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Mr. Gautam Divan holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a partner in Rahul Gautam Divan & Associates, Chartered Accountants and also has wide experience in auditing and financial planning of individuals and limited companies and nationalized Banks. He has been on the Board of Brady & Morris Engg. Co. Ltd. since 28/07/2007.

Mr. Shah holds Masters Degree in Commerce, Bachelors Degree in Law  and a member of Associate Company Secretary. He joined Brady group on 01.07.1960. He is associated with Brady group of companies for the last 50 years & possesses in depth knowledge and understanding of all the Group Companies.
